To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we have outlined the cancellation terms for orders placed on our online furniture platform. Please read the following policy carefully before making a cancellation request.
📌 Eligibility for Cancellation
1. Standard Orders (Non-Customized Products):
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the product has not yet been packed or dispatched.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be accepted if the item is already in the process of dispatch or delivery.
2. Customized / Made-to-Order Products:
Orders for products made as per your custom specifications (size, material, finish, etc.) cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
If a cancellation request is made before production starts, we may accept it at our discretion and offer a partial refund (excluding design consultation or material procurement costs, if any).
💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible cancellations, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
In case of payment gateway charges or third-party processing fees, those may be non-refundable.
You will receive a confirmation email and refund receipt once the transaction is processed.
🚚 Post-Dispatch Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.
If you do not wish to accept the product upon delivery, you may still do so and then raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Refusing delivery without prior cancellation may result in additional logistics charges or partial refund deductions.
⚠️ Exceptions & Conditions
Cancellations are not applicable to products sold under clearance sales, final sales, or promotional offers unless the item is damaged or defective.
In the event of supply chain issues, manufacturing delays, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order from our end and will notify you immediately with a full refund.
